The apartment is warm, cozy, clean and very homely. It is suitable for a long stay. It is located in the center of Perugia) nearby there are bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket. The owner of the apartment is very nice with a charming smile, she allowed me to come to the apartment earlier. Thank you for the pleasant emotions of staying in your apartment:)

Great appartment in an old building, good location at walking distance to the old center, with view to an old church. It is traditionally furnished but it has all modern applicances, very confortable beds and it's very clean. Valentina, the owner, was very friendly and a great source of information for sightseeing. Thank you for everything, hope to come back soon.

It was the perfect place to stay in Perugia. The apartment itself was really cosy and the location quiet and near the city center. Valentina was one of the best hosts we have ever met. She was so generous, helpful and friendly. We give Valentina and the place our best recommendations.

The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable and in a great location, with a good Caffè (Caffè del Corso) just outside Valentina gave us excellent instructions for a late arrival. We really enjoyed the Perugina chocolates that Valentina gave us.

The location was wonderful, in the center of the historical city in the same time practical, a street with nice shops and places with good food. The host was very helpful, free parking at on short walking distance

Hosts were so helpful with meeting us, showing us around the local area and taking us to car parking, which while a ten minute walk away was safe and free. Lovely people 😁

Great location in an interesting part of Perugia, well appointed with cooking facilities and good bathroom. Valentina was extremely welcoming both for us and our dog!
