A Casa Malichi fica muito bem localizada em Perúgia, perto de um mercado, da Piazza Italia (uns 10 min de caminhada) e do mini metro. É aconchegante, cama confortável, aquecimento funcionando bem, cozinha equipada. A responsável pela casa responde muito rápido a todas as dúvidas, envia inclusive vídeo explicando direitinho. Tivemos dias muito agradáveis lá.

Very comfortable and really enjoyed all the retro posters. The view was fantastic. You could enjoy it while eating at the table.

Could have instructions on appliances and recycling.

La casa é molto piccola, ma attrezzata con tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Noi eravamo con una bimba di un anno e mezzo e, messi in sicurezza alcuni oggetti, l'abbiamo trovata perfetta anche per lei! La posizione é davvero comoda, l'appartamento si trova infatti a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico ma fuori dalla Ztl e quindi comodo per il parcheggio. Infine, la proprietaria si é dimostrata davvero accogliente e solerte nel venirci incontro per qualunque dubbio o richiesta! Davvero un'ottima sistemazione

Casa Malichi è confortevole e molto pulita. Zona centrale con parcheggio vicino. Chiara è stata davvero gentile per il ceck in e la disponibilità.

Appartamento super accogliente. Ottima posizione per poter visitare a piedi tutto il centro storico di Perugia. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima nel darci tutte le istruzioni per il parcheggio e il raggiungimento della struttura. Lo consiglio!!

Posizione, servizi, lo stile dell'appartamento, pulizia.Unica pecca secondo piano senza ascensore, ma essendo un bellissimo palazzo storico in un contesto storico, ci sta.
