Casa Malichi - Rètro Apartment - Centro Storico Perugia

Solo due giorni x visitare Perugia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posizione dell appartamento super comoda, in 5 minuti di cammino (anche meno) si arriva al centro. Appartamento pulitissimo , molto curato e accogliente. Host disponibili e molto attenti e ciliegina sulla torta se siete in auto... parcheggio facile. Insomma consigliato

Lovely flat in the historic centre of Perugia. We stayed in the Movie-themed apartment, which also had a great view from the living room and great decor. We enjoyed the large bathroom with shower and the very comfy bed. The location is great, just a few minute walk to the historic town centre. Added bonus: access to a shared washer and dryer on the top floor, which we found extremely useful as we were on a long-running trip. Our host was very friendly and provided plenty of instructions and details to get into the flat and general help and information about Perugia. There are a couple of bars a few minutes walk from the flat, great for breakfast in the morning.

Appartamento molto comodo, sia x la posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, sia x tutti i servizi che offriva l’appartamento se si soggiorno con bimbi piccoli o con animali. Grazie x tutto

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro persone in questo appartamentino per un weekend e ci siamo trovate benissimo. A cominciare dalla posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e vicina anche alla stazione del minimetrò, da cui è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. L'appartamento si presenta ben pulito, moderno e attrezzato di ogni comodità. Host gentilissima e disponibile!

Posizione ottima in centro storico, nessuna difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. Proprietaria gentilissima nel fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per self check in e vari ristoranti o posti da visitare. Appartamento pulito,comodo e pratico.. molto stiloso e tecnologico.lo consiglierei per eventuali soggiorni a Perugia!

Nulla da segnalare. Non presente la colazione, ma proprio sotto si trova un bar e a pochi metri un alimentari. Eventualmente consiglio di far trovare 1 bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo degli ospiti.

Perfecte locatie: prachtig uitzicht, eettentjes in de straat en met tien minuten lopen middenin het centrum. Minimetro ook vlakbij: drie haltes en je bent bij het treinstation (Assisi, lago de trasimeno). Naast het treinstation vind je ook de bus die je voor 5 euro in 20 minuten naar het vliegveld brengt. Apartement heeft verder een lekker bed, fijne douche, alles wat je nodig hebt en is praktisch, mooi en gezellig ingericht. Het is er ook heel stil.

Niets, we zouden zo weer teruggaan.

Great location with market next door.

Everything was perfect. Quiet location in the centre of everything, great view, beautiful stylish appartment, comfy bed....and the owner was superb. Highly reccommended.

Schön eingerichtetes Appartement an zentraler Lage, etwas ringhörig. Hochwertige Einrichtung, originelles Design, Insektenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Wohnzimmer hatte ich durch die Bilder im Internet als heller und geräumiger erwartet. Schlafzimmer ist hell und freundlich. Es ist genügend Platz für die eigenen Dinge vorhanden. Leider war der Abfluss des Lavabos im Badezimmer fast verstopft und in der Küche tropfte der Abfluss zeitweise. Beides habe ich Chiara gemeldet.
