Appartamento luminoso, ben arredato e accessoriato.

Difficile regolare temperatura acqua della doccia.

Vicinissimo al minimetro per andare in centro. Appartamento spazioso. Letto abbastanza comodi. Manca uno specchio lungo.

Polvere negli angoli e sulle superfici. Termosifone in cucina e in bagno non funzionante. Frangigetto che spruzzavano acqua ovunque. Consiglio una pulizia piú approfondita. Parcheggio nei dintorni con discorario,tempo massimo 1 ora.Abbiamo preso la multa perché non ben visibile e la proprietaria non ci ha detto nulla nonostante la nostra esplicita richiesta su dove parcheggiare. Il secondo giorno invece ci ha indicato i parcheggi non a rischio.

The apartment is well positioned near the Case Bruciate minimetro station, one stop from the city center. We did some shopping at the Coop supermarket near the train station, about 10 minutes walk. The apartment is large, clean, one bedroom is facing the main street and has its own bathroom, the other bedroom is quieter, you can't hear the traffic from the street, the main bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a balcony in the main room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals, we didn't cook, but there is the possibility if you want. The key collection went quite well, we had to notify the owner 20 minutes before arriving at the address, we waited a few minutes until a man came but it wasn't a problem.

Everything was ok.

The reception by the host was very good. We were met at the apartment and given a tour of the property and all the particulars. The apartment was very nice and, compared to most properties of this type, very spacious. It is a perfect place of a couple or a pair of couples. The proximity to the mini metro and the train station makes it an ideal location to explore the historic center or use as a base to explore Umbria. We had an awesome time.

Un micro-ondes , un wok manquants L’armoire à pharmacie dans la petite salle de bain au dessus des wc est à déplacer pour les personnes grandes ….bing !!!

A beautiful apartment well in a good location with a great view 5 minutes walk from mini metro which links to the historic Old Town.. Spotlessly clean, beautifully styled. Would love to stay again.

Could find a thing not to like.

Perfekt ausgestattet, sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet, tolle Lage mit Parkplätzen direkt vor der Tür.

Quite area, clean and comfortable place with good facilities and host Antonella was very helpful with some issues we encountered.

Mini metro station nearby was closed which meant a 25min steep uphill walk to centre unless using car. Electricity system, not limited to host, limits the use of a number of appliances concurrently.
