The flat was comfortable, very well decorated and easily reached to the places of interest.

We were four adults and there were only two towels. We asked for more but didn’t get them . 😔

The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Antonella was great when we had problems. She addressed them quickly. The mini-metro made getting around easy.

We didn't realize we were staying outside the centro storico and we were in an apartment block surrounded by other apartment blocks. After a few days we were fine with it.

The location is very convenient with the proximity of the Minimetro either to access the station or the city. When returning from the city at night a taxi is necessary. There is a supermarket nearby with all necessary basics.

There was no guidance on returning keys or how to handle rubbish however on the day of departure a friendly person appeared exactly at 10am to collect the keys and to advise that she would handle trash.

Self catering. We hired a car so location was not an issue.

You couldn't have more than a couple of appliances on at the same time in the kitchen as it blew the fuse.

Very nice and fully equipped apartment. Conveniently located close to the minimetro and the main train station of Perugia

the apartment is great, clean and spacious amd the location is super convenient with the mini metro stop 2 minutes away. Highly recommend!

2 minute walk to mini metro station to travel to the old Town.

No restaurants within walking distance of the apartment.

Beautifully presented, light and spacious apartment. It has 2 balconies with views to historical Perugia. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lucca greeted us and was very pleasant and helpful. Close to MiniMetro for travel up hill to historical sites.

Noisy lift is annoying, especially at night and early morning. A difficult walk from train station with luggage. Located in a residential area of mostly apartments. No Internet for one whole day (after reporting it).
