Ariadne Suites

So glad we booked this! Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was our first time at Ariadne Suites and everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was bigger than it looked in the photos and super clean, we ended up spending most of our days outside just lounging and soaking up the view. The outdoor space is so peaceful, and the view of the sea and the villages is absolutely stunning. It felt really peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we needed. Inside, the suite was spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything felt fresh and well looked after. You can tell they pay attention to the little details. This place is a gem. We left feeling totally relaxed and already talking about when we can come back!

Great location, very comfortable room with nice balcony and private pool

- lovely having our own apartment for the end of our trip - it was clean, spacious & relaxing - good facilities; able to cook for ourselves for a lot of meals - welcome wine/water etc. was a nice touch - super comfy bed! The pillows were amazing! - bathroom was really nice too - having our own pool for when it got too hot - parking space available - incredibly peaceful area - friendly cat joined us for lunch/dinner occasionally 🤣 she’s super friendly (happy tapped when being stroked too!)

- a bit of a struggle to wash all dishes/dry while cooking due to size of the kitchen - pool was VERY cold so we didn’t enjoy it as much as we wanted to, but without installing heaters, this is expected! - hornets LOVED the pool; not much that can be done, but perhaps a warning to guests might be useful? After a while we got used to them as they kept to themselves, but caused a bit of stress initially. - the main issue was cleaning schedules & communication around this; lovely ladies but they turned up on our second day asking to clean (I wasn’t informed the apartment would be cleaned during our 3 day stay so this caught me off guard), I explained we’re leaving the following day so they said they’ll just grab the rubbish and then almost let themselves in to empty all the bins which made me a bit uncomfortable; I’d rather have known so I could have tidied up a bit before they arrived as we had just finished cooking lunch so the place was a bit messy. Additionally, on the last day, they arrived 15 mins before we noted we’d be leaving which made us feel rushed out the door… even though it was still 45 mins before checkout.

Καλή τοποθεσία, ωραία θέα, καλός κλιματισμός.

Δυστυχώς η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν απογοητευτική. Επιγραμματικά: το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν έτοιμο στις 3 αλλά στις 4:30 (με δικαιολογία ότι φυσούσε στο νησί 🤷🏻‍♂️). Το wi-fi κυριολεκτικά ανύπαρκτο 0/10. Μυρμήγκια έμπαιναν από την κεντρική πόρτα εντός καταλύματος, ρίχναμε κάθε μέρα εντομοαπωθητικό. Η καθαριότητα κατω του μετρίου, η πισίνα δυστυχώς πολύ βρώμικη. Αμφιβάλω αν είχε καθαριστεί πρώτου φτάσουμε, σίγουρα 5 ημέρες διαμονής εκεί δεν καθαρίστηκε. Όσον αφορά το γραφείο που διαχειρίζεται το κατάλυμα, δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε ούτε ο επαγγελματισμός ούτε η διάθεση να εξυπηρετηθεί ο πελάτης. Για ένα κατάλυμα (to premium δωμάτιο) που προσφέρεται σε αυτή την τιμή η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής εξαιρετικά κακή. Θα μπορούσε να είναι πολύ καλύτερα τα πράγματα με κάποιες βελτιώσεις τόσο από τη διαχείριση όσο και από τον ιδιοκτήτη.

La suite è molto bella è accogliente, il panorama è mozzafiato, piscina pulita ma per essere una suite ci sono ancora delle cose da migliorare. Non c'è un lavandino che serva la zona " ristoro" ergo i piatti per un eventuale colaziona vanno lavati e fatti scolare nel lavandino del bagno. Ovviamente non c'è una zona per cucinare, c'è solo il bollitore e la macchinatta del caffe. Lo stendino per asciugamani e costumi è piccolo e poco stabile. Siamo dovuti andare a prendere e riportare noi le chiavi della stanza...Se volete un posto dove dormire e rilassarvi, con piscina e privacy è perfetto, ma ci sono dei servizi da migliorare per essere una suite.

The yard was very nice with its own pool and lounge chairs. Room was clean.

Corked wine bottle with no corkscrew provided. Utensils with a dirty fork that had dried food in the tynes. Only 1 small garbage can in the whole room to be used for soiled toilet paper (no paper flushing allowed) as well as everything else.

Nice place, great location, warm pool and comfortable bed.

Could have done with a drying rack for dishes and tea towel. If you had a glass of wine of used a dish there was no way of drying other than using a towel. The wifi was also down for our 5 night stay which was a pain as mobile reception was patchy. All electricity goes off when there’s no key in the slot so you can’t charge devices if you not there.
