The upper floor apartment is spacious; the loft sleeping area is only suitable for sleeping (not an issue for me). It is private. Windows face the main road and river side of the building. Mini-kitchen was fine for my purposes. Easy check-in and out (key box). Host responded quickly to my communications. Secure entry doors (apartment and building).

The only place to wash dishes was the bathroom sink. Not a problem but no drying rack, sponge or washing liquid in the apartment. Unsure then if cups, dishes and utensils on hand were actually clean.

"Very nice place to start your walking journey around Plovdiv while your car is safely parked."

Cozy place, great location as you are minutes away from the center. Very important here is that there is a private parking. Host is friendly and kind, offered us to help with the luggage even though it wasn't too much of bags.

Not too much of things to say for not liking. If you need to get in and out often and are not mobile enough for couple of floors via the stairs, you might need to consider this.
