Central Matlock Apartment

Location is bang in town, right by pubs and restaurants. Parking isnt too bad, best to park behind the flat. We paid £16 for the 2 days for ease. Brew kit is a nice touch and handy.

Cleanliness wasnt awful by any means but small things make a difference. Some splashed food marks on the inside of cupboards, rusty bathroom shelving, shower head with brown slime on it. Towels were tiny, maybe invest in some larger ones. I think if youre charging £100 per night it ought to be of a higher standard. Or youre purely paying for location. Its right next to the best bbq food place ive ever eaten in but the flat smells of it at times and the music can be heard through the walls a bit. Hence the ear plugs for sleeping. If this was done up, a little and a bit cleaner and check out was a bit later than 1030am id return but I just felt value didnt quite match the return.

Clean, comfortable and good value for money one bedroom apartment in a superb location a few minutes walk from the park, the town centre and a number of bars and restaurants. The only disappointment was the broken lock on the front door which, as the apartment is on a Main Street, did detract from any sense of security.

Good location, clean and tidy, comfortable, easy parking. Nice Indian restaurant few minutes walk away that does a good value deal during weekdays. Easy walk to Sainsbury's.

The karaoke/loud music from place across the road. We knew from info provided and other reviews that there would be some noise. However, for us, it was too loud on Friday/Saturday. This won't bother everyone (especially if you choose to be out in the evening).

The lock on the main door was broken, so anyone could walk in without being provided access. Given the appartment doors arent very secure this was concerning and kept me awake at night.

Very clear instructions to get into the property. Well equipped and very clean. The pass for the carpark was very useful and saved us a fair amount of hassle.

Nothing could have been better. Exactly what we needed for our stay.

Central location, had everything we needed, owner was responsive to our texts, a lovely apartment The apartment is on the main street next to a pub which could be noisy, Sharron left ear plugs for us, however we didn't need them.

We couldn't get the WiFi to work, contacted Sharron who offered to sort it, however we didn't really need it as we weren't going to be in the apartment much
