Perfect location, clean and spacious very warm and cosy, everything we needed.

Could really do with a new front door at the entrance it did not lock so there’s no security one night when I came back. There was somebody in the hallway using it as a toilet the noise in the flat is very bad. It must be bad because the owners leave earplugs for you.

The apartment was comfortable and exquisitely styled. The owners had taken time to provide those little extras, too. Apartment is no more than 10 minutes walk from the train station and there is a bus stop outside the front door, linking you to surrounding towns.. You also have a pub with live music on a Sunday on one side ,an American diner on the other with a bookshop across the road. - what's not to love!

The beautiful large windows do not keep out traffic noise. The host provides earplugs but these didn't work for me. Fortunately, I'd taken my own so you might want to do the same.

Handy location, clean and comfortable. Had everything you could need and was convenient for the train, park and shops. Also a pleasant walk to Matlock Bath.

Ridiculously loud pub directly opposite. Couldn’t hear the tv past all the shouting on Friday and Saturday until midnight. Wouldn’t be an issue during the week I don’t imagine.

The accommodation is very nice and in a lovely location on the high street. The email regarding directions and instructions were very helpful and accurate.

Didn't like being above and opposite very, very noisy nightlife which, unfortunately wasn't mentioned in the details, as i wouldn't have booked this accommodation if so. I should have realised something wasn't quite right after seeing earplugs beside the bed. Hence we left the next morning and cut our stay short. A partial refund would be appreciated !!

Good location, easy access, flat had all we needed

Couldn't find living room tv remote. Shower drain needs unblocking as it overflows into the bathroom.
