Comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. A good location for Matlock, Matlock Bath and surrounding area. The parking permit was very handy. Great communication with host. Would recommend.

Very well equipped, perfect location. Very good value. It has an air fryer!!

Traffic on Dale Road is noisy, but I knew this beforehand and it didn’t matter to me. Sharron provides earplugs! People with walking difficulties should be aware that the hand rail on the stairs doesn’t go down to the bottom step.

Really good instructions and lovely clean apartment. Finding a new pint of milk in the fridge and tea and coffee in the cupboard was a very nice touch. Thank you 😊

The main door at the entrance to the building is currently not able to be locked which was a little concerning. Not the hosts fault obvs, but hope it gets rectified soon for future guests.

"Handy little flat for a few days away"

Great location and had everything you needed for a few days away. Easy to find if using public transport and the parking permit is so useful as the car park is right behind the property.

A bit small if using the sofabed and full bedding is needed for this.
