Gorgeous little apartment in the heart of Matlock, the rooms were well appointed as was the kitchen. Lots of shops and pubs nearby. We would definitely go back. Parking permit for public carpark behind.

There was nothing we didn’t like about it.

Great location. Lovely, clean and tidy.

Didn’t bother us too much as a Sunday night, however you could hear music from the pub downstairs. As it was a Sunday evening it didn’t go on too long though.

Great location for walks and entertainment. Great facilities within the property. The owner has really thought about the little touches. Excellent communication and instructions before we arrived.

Not so much about the property but more the bar opposite which we appreciate is out of the owners control. The music (and poor karaoke) was incredibly loud and went on very late. We struggled to hear our tv within the flat and was thankful for the ear plugs left for us. Only mentioning this as some others might be really put off by this. The flat was generally clean but looking closely it needed a deep clean. Lots of cob webs, dust on the extract duct, doors grubby. The bathroom extract didn’t work. Having said all of this we don’t feel these issues were bad enough that we wouldn’t return. Especially at the price we paid for that location.

The apartment is in central Matlock and situated next to a fantastic pub that serves great food. The communication with Sharron was great. She sent lots of information and replied to messages quickly..The apartment had everything we needed for a one night stay including an air fryer for morning croissants! The bed and duvet were so comfortable. We would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again if we ever visit Matlock.
