Central Matlock Apartment

The location was perfect and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Collecting the keys was a little confusing as there was two black doors marked as 77. But we got there in the end. The fire alarm for the for the apartment block went off at 7:00am and no one knew how to turn it off.

Loved the space and that it was so central. It was much more than just a flat. It was very comfortable and 'homely'. Top quality.

It's a shame there was no Netflix, etc. though I used my account but didn't have my code, so used my laptop. A minor point, but there were no complimentary biscuits, unless I missed them. I was looking forward to one or two with a cup of tea when I arrived.

The property denotes a very calming, also central location for walks and so much more! Very clean, modern and well organised with accessible local amenities! Actually a very beautiful apartment

Took a while to work out the heating although that probably says more about me!

Location was good for the local night life. Parking was easy in the car park behind the apartment.

Cooking utensils, pans were not properly washed. The kitchen and bathroom areas could definitely benefit from some additional cleaning.
