Central Matlock Apartment

Location was great, comfortable and well equipped

Toilet seat was a bit lose

Perfectly situated for us as we love all the nearby pubs. It’s a lovely little flat with everything you could want. Great free parking from 3pm-11am.

The entrance hall is messy with lots of junk mail in the doorway but you just have to ignore it.

It was nice and cosy great location

The first impression was all the mail on the floor as u enter the building it was obviously a few weeks worth of junk mail

Cleanliness. Shower was good and appreciated towels. Thank you for the fresh milk..

Freezing cold, radiators took over 6 hours get the temp from 7degs to 19degs. Mattress has collapsed on one side. Shared entrance is grubby and smells musty.

Little noisy from the bars around the apartment

Loud music from down stairs bar even during the day time . It did stop by 11.00pm

Lovely period apartment with huge window giving street views. Central location and good facilities Very good VFM
