The Raspberry Garden Luxury Hotel & Suites

Comfort like home away from home.

After booking I received a email and had to pay $12 tax online before we could check in. Made it difficult for me, not having Internet on me.

With the off season rate, it was less than most hotels but lots of space

It was difficult to get the twin mattress from under the bed

Everything was wonderful! Very clean.Good mattresses. Great water pressure. Easy parking.

The place where we stayed was very nice and the area was very quiet and peaceful.Great!!

Just one small thing, the hotel sign is not visible at night, it would help a lot if it had lights or a lamp post. Thanks!

We liked there was everything we needed and everything was very clean. Large fridge and lots of counter space. The beds were comfortable and the linens were plentiful. The bathrooms had more than one towel per person so we didn't have to worry they wouldn't dry before our next shower and the shower heads were very nice.

There were so many warnings before and during stay about items being broken or stolen that we were stressed out and couldn't fully relax. The tv remote didn't have a battery cover on it when we arrived so I called and told them hoping to not be charged. The employee gasped when I told her which stressed me out more.

the location is nice, central to downtown, it was clean and comfortable and has the basics you'd expect.

the location is next to train tracks and several times during our stay it was extremely noisy as the train went by shaking the walls and waking a sleeping baby twice and me once from napping. The return vent of the central air is located right in the living room it is also extremely noisy as well, and when you are sitting at the dining table eating/conversing or watching a movie or tv it is very hard to have a normal level conversation or hear the tv without turning it up very loudly.

The condition of the room was really good. It was clean and had everything we needed.

I forgot about the continental breakfast, and looking back, didn't realize how to get it.

The bed was very comfortable. The unit was comfortable and well decorated and roomy. It is a great alternative to any local hotel. It was quiet even with many kids staying in other units. It seams there is a good amount of sound barrier and insulation. It was great!

The parking lot was a little tight, but we drive a truck with a longer wheelbase, so parking in the lot was a little difficult.
