Rose Apartments Unit 5 Central Rotorua- Accommodation & Spa

Fantastic location literally with food, supermarket and all you would need within couple mins of walk. The apartment was very well maintained and super clean, and was fully equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances. Location was also great for any day trips out. Loved that we were in front of the library and playground, big convenience for us travelling with a 5 year old.

The location was great and the unit was very clean and well kept. The bedrooms were spacious, the bed linens and towels were great. The kitchen was well equipped.

The parking was a bit scary because it was snug to manouvre the car. Just as well we had a small car!

Ease of entry and location.

Noise and cleanliness 🙉🙈 Neighbouring units had no regard for any peace. Combined with little or no sound proofing between units ampmigies noise from neighbours... disrupting. We were up until 2 AM with affecting ( drunken) experiences 🙈 Also, there was a lot of cleaning overlooked ... underbeds, kitchen, bathroom etc. Please deep clean regularly is or request 🙏

Easy to access to most of the attractions.

The staff did not seem responsible. I sent messages on the same day I left the property seeking help to retrieve items I had left behind, worth about $200. There was no response until the next day, and on the third night, I was told they couldn't find the items. This was very disappointing. I also noticed that the spa could use some attention, as the water appeared cloudy and greasy.

It was perfect our stay was so relaxing it meets my expectations
