It was a lovely little place, quiet location and it was clean. Was perfect for us.

Bedroom lovely, comfortable bed however perhaps a larger duvet would have been preferable. Very easy car parking.

Cold atmosphere in living area booking.com picture does show a mat on wooden floor which wasn’t there. Shower impossible to operate, needs attention as it let our stay down.

Property was very clean and tidy, perfect for a solo traveller or couple. The rooms let a lot of natural light in which was lovely, TV has everything you need (Netflix, Prime, Disney etc as well as free-view). The Kitchen has a good range of utensils so cooking was no struggle. Complementary Tea and Coffee (no milk). Less than 5 minute walk to open fields to wonder around as well as a children's play area nearby. Bed and sofa were very comfortable.

Wouldn't go quite as far as calling it a negative, however there was no lamp in the lounge for ambient lighting so I had to improvise by turning on the main light in the corridor leading to bedroom, any other light was too bright for chilling out in the evening. Also the property can get fairly cold and I was slightly worried about how long I had the heating on for as its electric heating and I know it gets expensive if left on, which you're constantly reminded of with the smart energy meter in the lounge.
