Good location

The apartment which provided me the accomodation for my stay was not up to standard although it was in an estate I expected 5stars. Apartment 1749.

I was not informed that there No running water in a building. I shit without flushing, I had to go to a meeting without bathing. The owner pretended that she’s was not aware

The apartments are secure

The whole experience was a nightmare. We arrived around 3pm at the place, we found the apartment without keys, dirty linen not changed. We waited for the keys until 7pm which never came and we ended up cancelling the booking for the night of the 3 we had booked to check in at another place. The following day we also had to cancel the other 2 days as we still couldn't get the keys and we got refunded

I thought it was beautiful and convenient all on point but unfortunately not what I’ve expected

It freel like all a scam it so disappointing everything not well organised including electricity for more than 12hrs poor communication from the host.

The directions were poor. The receptionist did not answer the telephone to guide me to the property. I had to book into a different accommodation. POOR SERVICE!!!!!!
