"Felt scammed"

I wanted to extend my stay because the price was alright despite the service was poor. The woman asked if I make the payment using cash send. I send her the money. She went to the ATM, I checked on my app, it says that it was redeemed but she said she didn't receive it. She made all kinds of threats. For peace sake, I send her another one. Felt like I was scammed. They are not honest and ethical people.

"this place sucks"

the lady is willing to help. even opens the gate at late hours, Thank you Madame!

rather make the place nicer and charge a bit more,. your location is your best asset. the place sucks big time
