The room was old more especially the furniture... Just I needed a room I had no place to go😭

Upon arrival was told there are no rooms available..and no water when i tried calling they wer not picking up...the staff member was blaming for coming wthout calling first...and she said its not her problem..the bed was smelling if rat urine....i did not spend the night there ...i then slept at another guest house..was never refunded till date

they are so disorganised and seemed not to know i had booked and paid

they lack customer care

I booked online and they took my money when i arrived there they said no space all room are full had to go back to boldars in that night with my girlfriend they me me onle 80% of the money i paid

When I arrived, waited for hours before the lady answered my call. Only for her to tell me that it's fully booked and that she won't be able to open, even after I mentioned to her that I booked and made payment Online. It took her 20min for her to come open the gate. The service was truly terrible, I wouldn't recommend
