The property has been tastefully renovated and has great design features.

Road noise. If you're used to living in a quiet, rural setting- this property wouldn't float your boat for relaxed lie-ins of a morning. Being situated on the main drag through Morpeth-next to traffic lights- it wasn't ideal, unless you like listening to loud music from younger car drivers, the road sweepers at 7am and constant traffic noise between 7 and 11pm. We appreciate that we were in a town centre location, but the noise was too much for us. Morpeth is OK for your regular high street shops but nothing to write home about- for us, who prefer more artisan independent shops. We did politely contact the host to ask if he'd consider refunding us one night of our three night stay- he declined, siting that the description of the property states that Morpth is a 'bustling town' . It's actually a very traffic laden town- a very different noise level to that generated by people!

The property was in an ideal location in the heart of Morpeth, plenty to do and see. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well presented. Mother and daughter holiday.

Maybe a light for the front door as was a little difficult to see for entering the keys.

Lovely renovation, in a perfect location in the centre of Morpeth It was our 2nd stay at the apartments last time we stayed in the ground floor apartment. Both are lovely, but overall, we preferred the ground floor

The settee needs replacing you almost hit the floor when you sit in it The mattress wasn't the most comfortable we've slept on but do appreciate not everyone likes the same kind of mattress The TV is very high on the wall. we understand it's because of the gorgeous large fireplace, but it's impossible to watch it without getting a bad neck. Whilst we were there, the boiler kept going off. It was easily started via the reset button but got a little annoying. We didn't report it during our stay as we didn't want to interrupt our plans It's a little noisy as you're sleeping at the front, so you can hear the road. We have stayed in the apartment downstairs where the bedroom is at the rear, so it's much quieter Overall, we found the downstairs apartment more comfortable

Nicely appointed, newly renovated apartment with king bed in a spacious room. Ideally located in Morpeth as everything is in walking distance. Jon-Paul was super friendly and on hand to deal with some initial issues, which was helpful. The apartment does face the street but it was not very noisy overnight.

Heating - but we did get a space heater which was nice.
