Lack of general maintenance to the property, full height glass doors to the rear were dangerous and could possibly cause injury to someone, couldn't, open the doors as they were bent and twisted and was told by the agent to go around the building to open ,which I did manage to and then when I opened them the full height glass panel next to the door slipped sideways and I then had to somehow close the door by holding the panel back and locking the door , so consequently we did not have access to the indoor patio , and according to the neighbour the door has been like that for a long while and others have had problems with it. Was not told in the description of the property that there would be a 400 ft walk to the property each time we went out and came back , and as a party of 80 year olds you can imagine that it was quite wearing. One of the 2 fans sounded like an airliner taking off so consequently we did not use it also some of the cutlery hadn,t been replaced such as only 3 forks and spoons . All in all we were very disappointed with the apartment,

No air con in the bedrooms , although we didn't need them in May

Rustig

Zánovní byt. Umístěný v dobré a klidné lokalitě. Check in proběhl formou vyzvednutí klíčů ve schránce, vratná záloha ze 100% vrácena do 7 dnú od check out 👍

Malý objem bojleru. Pro 4 lidi málo. Přijeli jsme ve velmi chladný týden, kdy opravdu chyběla možnost přitopit si v pokojích a koupelnách. V hlavní místnosti se dá topit klimatizací. Žaluzie v ložnici jdou velmi problematicky ovládat.

Casa super cómoda con todo tipo de equipamiento. Urbanización Osisbeach XII instalaciones geniales y buen ambiente.

Había hormigas, se acabaron yendo cuando las eche repelente, pero es algo que debieran haber hecho desde la agencia. La persiana del salón la han ido acortando y cuando la cierras del todo entra luz por arriba...

La Tranquilidad

No funcionaba el Spa , No teníamos plaza de garaje, ni tampoco había un ascensor para subir el equipaje

De mensen die daar wonen daar door voel je je niet echt welkom hele dag hebben ze commentaar en kijken je allemaal naar ze denken dat ze daar koning en koningin zijn

Nytt og fint anlegg, rent og pent.

Vi booket to leiligheter på bakkeplan for at det skulle vært enkel tilkomst for barna, men fikk en i 2. etasje og en på bakkeplan. Klaget på dette, men fikk til svar at det var bedre kvalitet på den i 2. etasje og at vi derfor ble tildelt den. Samtidig manglet leiligheten i første etasje aircondition på soverom noe som gjorde det tilnærmet uutholdelig å sove de første nettene. Vi hadde med to små barn på 1 og 3 år, og hadde aldri vurdert å leie leilighet uten aircondition. Sendte mail til Sunny Homes ang. dette, da det står i leilighetsbeskrivelse at leilighetene har klimaanlegg. Det var heller ikke hagemøbler i denne leiligheten, kun campingstoler. Fikk til svar at de leier ut for private og at det derfor er stor variasjon i hva leilighetene inneholder, men fortsatt ingenting som kunne gjøres og ingen kompensasjon i pris etc. Finner dette svært merkelig da begrunnelsen for hvorfor denne ene leiligheten ble byttet til leilighet i 2. etasje pga. at den hadde bedre standard. I tillegg har vi ikke fått tilbakebetalt depositum på 200 Euro uten noe vurdere informasjon. Har sendt mail til Sunny Homes, men får ikke svar. Kommer aldri til å leie her flere ganger pga. denne ekstremt dårlig servicen.

Maur i leiligheten. Det var ikke solsenger med leiligheten.

Nice modern and clean

Not very near to restaurants or bars but to be fair it’s a 10 min walk and we were away of this.
