The premises are located on the venetian walls at the center of the capital which enriches the guests' stay with panoramic views on both the north and south sides. The entire building is a renovated older structure which is nice to experience. The appartment is clean and comfortable, and includes all the main modern amenities.

Just be aware of the minor issue of lacking sound proofing. Since the appartment is in an older structure, the floors were squeaking with every step, which might have created some issues for the appartment below. However, being a little careful and not stomping around, resolved in the required courtesy that I wanted to show to the guests below during the night time.

Great location near the old town. With lovely view, as promised. Resto s nearby. Very good value for money

No elevator, so it was a bit difficult to carry our luggage to the 4th flour... But a good exercise 😉

The apartment is comfortable and in a good location

Not enough clean both inside and in the stairs (the apartment is at the 3rd floor without lift and you have to cross the stairs). It was extremely noisy in the night because of the Christmas village just below in the street.

great location and an outstanding view on the both sides of Nicosia. well equipped.

I did not understand how to heat the water so I had to take a shower in cold water but let’s say it is my fault.
