I found the apartment very good and near to the city centre and a good walk from station but now I've been here I will find it much easier next time and it was a great location too

The heating can’t be controlled and the towel rail in the bathroom doesn’t work The towels were stained One toilet roll is not enough for 2 adults for 4 days and 3 nights No washing up sponge/cloth/j-cloth provided The room is over the main entrance and every time the door slams, the room shakes The buzzing from the electrical / WiFi point in the hallway is so loud, you can still hear it with the internal doors closed The sofa is harder than a church pew The bed is awful - we feel like we’ve been hit by a truck!

Location is excellent... really close to the Cathedral, cafés, bars, pubs and the city centre, yet quietly tucked away. On site parking available at low cost, cosy 1st floor in secure building. Josh very easy to contact and responsive.

Just needs a few things like more loo roll, pan scrubber... nothing of any consequence.
