Studio apartment 3a in the Center of Norwich

Location, cleanliness, parking, communication with host.

Bed could be upgrades king size. Kitchen window would not fully close

Nothing to dislike

The location is fantastic

There were no cleaning facilities, only one washing up sponge. There are no spare bin bags. No vacuum cleaner. There is a lot of maintenance work that needs doing.

Loved the location, quiet but with easy access to the city centre. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was kept nice and warm. There is private parking and you can load/unload straight from the door. Everything you need for a longer stay is here. Couldn't be better.

Can't fault anything although for me I found the entry buttons to the apartment and to the car park a bit fiddly and hit and miss and I got stuck in the car park once but most of that was me being old and a bit anti-tech. No one else had any worries!!

Gated parking, and great location in centre of Norwich. Cheap and cheerful.

Furnishings not quite finished off, but quite easily rectified, eg No shaving mirror No lampshade in main room Coat hooks needed in hallway, especially as we got drenched in the rain. Proper curtains in main room would have been nice. Bottle opener and corkscrew missing, and tin-opener broken. Shower plug had paper in it, and an old lemon fell out of the fridge when we arrived.

Really great location and flat was very clean and spacious for two of us. Just as advertised.

Slight disturbances from the street at night and walls are quite thin.

Location to city centre Clean and adequately equipped

Bottom door entrance needs a soft closure as we were woken several times at early hours of morning through the door banging closed

We have stayed here a few times now and we love the location.The property is clean and tidy,and safe parking for Norwich is a bonus.The host of this property is very helpful
