the smell of sewage, such places should not be on booking, I do not recommend

We could not even stay at the place. Such a beautiful pictures and so disappointing reality.

We found black spots on the matras looking like bed bugs are living there. Sheets were full of holes, old blood on the sheets. That the sheets looked very hashed out and kussen and blanket were not matching was the leadt of a problem. There was a kurk behind one if the beds so nobody was really vaccuing there. When we pointed out the points the contact person via phobe started to share excuses, was not able to say if and when someone would come and asked not to call and requested only contact via sms. When i requested refund via booking they refused communicate further. Refused the refund. The mold smell from the bathroom was penatrating the livingroom and even the bedroom as there were no doors in between. As it was winter we would have no chance to get rid of it by leaving the windows open. The matrasses had urine spots on the matrasses. Booking self gave as only a very small amount back which is very disappointing. I would definitely not stay at any of the silvia apartments in Olomouc again as the hygiene is very bad.

Location in the heart of the city. Lived a day better than the Moravian kings

Great location and quiet neighborhood.

The smell inside the property and the very old bathroom which needs an immediate replacement of toilet seat.

Really unique apartment, furnished in an unusual (but good) way. Close to the city center. The host was very friendly.
