Cold floor :)

nothing- very bad experience

we were not in place we booked tried to contact on booking number as place locked and we were unsure if in correct area- refused to talk until 2pm booking time even though l sent copy of booking with address then told we were staying in another place it was much further away the parking was a long way away it was on 7th floor- no elevator No aircon

There is no parking on site. If you park where the host tells you to, your car will be clamped, because the area around the property is a pedestrian zone. When you tell the host your car was clamped, she says she doesn't believe you. There is wifi, but the host doesn't give you the password or respond to repeated requests to give the password. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and cut your feet. The coffee machine was full of grounds with mould growing in them. Listing claims there is a "garden view" but in reality the view is of the block's bins (the host hides that by closing the living room curtains in the listing photos). The bedroom curtains don't close properly, so at 5am it's bright enough to read a book without turning the lights on. There is no kettle. There is only one mug (it's small) and a single tea cup, many of the glasses are cracked. The bed sheet was very poor quality and had holes in. There is a dishwasher but no capsules for it. The chandeliers are so low you're constantly hitting them.

The location was okay. They let us check out an hour and a half late.

The room was not ready at 3pm. We called and were told to check in at 4pm. So we took a taxi and put the code in the dropbox which was empty. Host would not pick up calls but eventually messaged to say that the room would not be ready until 5pm and offered us an alternative. We had bags and did not know where alternative was so elected to wait until 5pm which was inconvenient and had to walk up and down a cobbled hill to get to/from apartment. At 5pm it was ready but there were no sheets. We messaged host to ask for sheets and a late check out. Sheets never arrived which made it an extremely uncomfortable night with no sleep.

I recommend this place, because the place has a perfect location close to park and restaurants. It is located in old building, but you feel it only in corridor. The rooms are spacious and have a modern design. We have not heard or seen aby neighbours. I liked the big comfy couch and bed.

Absolutely stunning tastefully designed apartment. Right in the center of town, but very quiet and facing a beautiful park. parking just opposite the entrance. Perfect

The location was perfect for our needs. The apartment is close to historic centre, so we could see town in night and day. We were there just for one night. We had very good breakfast from near bakery because we had no breakfast at accomodation.

The room was big enough for family for one day. For more days I recommended it for 2 people. I missed having cupboards where I could store my clothes for a longer stay.
