ROBy far the most amazing host, Giulia is warm, friendly, kind and ready to help at any time. The location is incredibly close to any top destination in Palermo and very accessible if you take the train from/to the airport. The apartment was very clean, cozy and with anything you might need, also very spacious. Highly recommend The Normans Apartments for any visit to Palermo!
SINice apartment in two levels. You can see Norman palace from the balcony 😀!! Chatedral, metro and bus stop are some minutes walk away and also other important hysterical buildings are very near. The over Giulia was excellent. She deserves 10+👍!!

NZLocation was superb and the apartment stayed cool even in the heat of the day. Giulia was incredibly friendly and helpful.
It would have been helpful to mention the rather confusing numbering system - half the street just has even numbers (the wall below the palace taking up what would have been the odd numbers) and then it switches to 28, 29,30, etc. The flat is on the top floor and the bedroom is up another internal set of stairs so not ideal for anyone with accessibility issues.

wish it weren't up so many stairs but that's just because I'm older. Got used to them once I dumped my backpack.
