despite not having an elevator for the third floor the apartment is very nice, very clean, and full of internal resources

getting the payment done and the keys was a complete disaster. This property does not allow payment via booking for their convenience. When I mentioned this to the owner, she acknowledged the problem and mentioned she would take the advice to change the procedure for direct remote payment. This response was very kind and considerate event though I had already suffered three days of her assistant bugging me.

We liked the comfort, the equipment, the host

The location is ideal, and the small apartment was just right and comfy for two people. Federica, our host, was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Federica was the absolutely perfect host. On hand at all times to assist us in any way . She made sure we had a great time in Palermo. I cannot thank her enough for a great stay.
