Federica waited for us even though we were an hour late and arrived after 21:00

location was great and staff was really friendly.

top floor with rooftop was great except hard to carry heavy luggage for so many stories and steps, but she was nice to help to carry them up. for light traveler, it would be a good choice. only 1 shower for 4 people was hard too

We loved the proximity to the city. The apartment was bright and clean. It had a washing machine, air conditioning but no oven. A little bread shop was on the corner. There was a bottle of wine, water and breakfast food. City only a few minutes away. Train station a 25 minute walk. Port about 30 minutes so if you get the ferry over with no car you will have to grab a taxi. Great location for sight seeing and the Capo market is just around the corner.

It stated parking but parking does not come with the apartment. It is street parking and street parking in Palermo or any other major Italian city is impossible. The owner kindly moved her car so we could park. We did not move our car again. Every day when we came back to the apartment there was no parking anywhere. Very disappointing. I would not have booked it especially at this time of year. You need guaranteed parking if you have a car. The noise of the road outside was horrific. It started at about 7.30am and finished about 8.30pm. Constant traffic. Loads of motorcycles beeping their horns, people yelling trying to get passed each other and to top it off, the dog in the apartment across from us barked constantly on the balcony. We had ear plugs in but they did not do much. So if your looking to rest and read a bit… not there.

Beautifully clean and in a perfect position to explore all the old town of Palermo. The verandah is magnificent. So beautiful to sit and relax. Federica was really kind and helpful. She gave us great tips for what to do. I highly recommend this apartment. Just be aware this apartment has amazing views and you must be prepared to climb stairs. We didn't mind....it meant we worked off some of the delicious food!!

location fabulous

showers were tiny one in particular only really suitable for child. Very dark, roof leaked in two bedrooms, only one not very comfortable sofa and no comfortable chair. nowhere to hang dresses in tiny wardrobes. No coffee tables and in one bedroom no bedside table. only ceiling is in bathrooms which makes for very ‘open’ living if you have a friend or friends with you as no quiet privacy in bedrooms.

location and cleanliness

Federica was brilliant and met us to hand over the keys where she allowed us to leave our luggage as we arrived before check in time. The flat was incredibly spacious over two levels, very clean and even better than the photos. We didn't get the terrace unfortunately but the two balconies still allowed a great view. Frederica couldn't have been more helpful and was easily contactable when we had questions. She was full of recommendations and even provided us a transfer to Mondello which was a much better experience than a taxi/bus.

Great location smack in the middle of the old town of Palermo, wonderful rooftop terrace, for breakfast as well as sundowners! Very friendly host Federica, she organized a taxi service to Monreale and the airport.

very good location

Very good contact with facility staff. When receiving the keys we've also received city map with guide with locations, markets, etc. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, no smells. Clean, white staircase in the building, no garbage on the streets. From the balcony You can see the Palermo Cathedral - 3 minutes walk! Walking distance practically to all interesting places in the old city.

Some car noises from the street in the morning but otherwise very quiet surroundings also at the evening and during night. Shower cabin was narrow but ok, I'm a tall person.
