Najlepsza lokalizacja, najlepszy gospodarz, najlepsze mieszkanie. Paolo dba o swoich gości jak nikt inny. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i nasz roczny syn miał tam wiele miejsca dla siebie. Jeżeli szukacie miejsca w centrum Palermo - polecam z czystym sumieniem.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment is beautiful, full of charm and character — even better than the pictures. It’s clear that a lot of care and thought went into every detail. Paolo is truly the best host I’ve ever had. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. From great local tips and helpful advice to quick and friendly replies to any question, he makes you feel completely at home. I can’t recommend this place enough — I’d come back in a heartbeat!

You feel immediately at home and comfortable at this place due to the high quality standard of the flat and its caring owner Paolo. The flat is in in the middle of the center with many restaurants nearby. Very good value for money.

Location is at the same time its biggest challenge as noise during the night is quite loud. Smaller other remarks: Bed could be a bit longer and for older people the small staircase without elevator to the third floor is challenging.

Apartma je res fenomenalen. Nahaja se v samem središču starega mestnega jedra, vendar je preurejen in opremljen zelo moderno. Z lahkoto dostopaš do vseh znamenitosti. Gostitelj je bil zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv. V apartmaju najdeš vse kar potrebuješ za bivanje. Glede na to, da nas večina prispe na Sicilijo z letalom je zelo lepo, ko v nastanitvi najdeš osnovne stvari, ki jih potrebuješ v kuhinji (sol, poper, olje, sladkor, pašta, kava...) v kopalnici pa milo in šampon. Postelja in povštri so zelo udobni, počutili smo se kot doma. Apartma je lično opremljen in čist. Že ko stopiš iz apartmaja na ulico se znajdeš med samimi restavracijami.

Moram pa povedati, da se apartma nahaja v tretjem zadnjem nadstropju in vsekakor brez lifta, do njega pa vodijo strme in ozke stopnice. Nam to ni predstavljalo težave, vendar za nekoga z zdravstvenimi težavami in gibalno oviranim osebam, bi to mogoče predstavljalo problem. Še ena zadeva me je zmotila (kar pa ni povezano s samim apartmajem, pač pa z okolico) in sicer na sosednji ulici se v enem izmed barov zbira ogromno mladine in nabijajo glasbo na ves glas pozno v noč (do 2 zjutraj). Zato tistim, ki jih to moti iz srca priporočam, da s seboj vzamejo čapke za ušesa in naj jih to ne odvrne od obiska apartmaja Contrabaso.

Everyting! Apartment is spacious and gorgeous. Host is very caring, gives advises on what to visit/where to eat. Offers a good deal for parking.

It didn’t bother us, but some may dislike the noisy neighborhood, especially in weekends since there’re bars and restaurants right below. As well, the apartment is top floor with no elevator, thus if you have a hard time with many steps - be mindful.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del teatro Massimo, y a corta distancia de la catedral y del palacio Normando. La decoración del apartamento es fantástica y los servicios estupendos. Por último, pero no menos importante, hay que destacar la insuperable labor de Paolo como anfitrión.
