Really wonderful greeting. The host was flexible and helped us at midnight when the power went out (because the heat was hitting the record and everyone was using their AC). Great location ~ Thanks so much!

Sometimes loud motorbikes or trucks went by the bedroom window, but not often.

The room where was the extra sofa can not be open completely.

The communication with the host was great, he was always available via WhatsApp and there were cute welcome gifts, such as a bottle of wine, sicillian jam and coffee. Greatly equipped kitchen for making breakfasts!

The payment at the property instead of via booking.com, since he had to come in person and charge the card. The location is very central, however, the alley got extremely noisy at night (especially on the weekends) and there was also construction right outside the appartment, which kept us up. The shower is very tiny and the drainage not so good, in fact a tiny worm crawaled up, probably because of the humidity and lack of ventilation.There is obvious water damage on the bedroom ceiling and a damp, basement-like smell that was masked a bit by the air freshners, but even with the open wondow, there is not much air or light coming in.

This place was amazing, well equipped, great location, clean, helpful staff.

ideally situated in small street minutes away from the historic centre this is a quirky property but well provisioned,clean and comfortable. The host was so helpful and we really appreciated the welcoming touches such as the gift of a local bottle of wine, some chocolate and jam and good local information tips. The bed was comfortable and the property is perfect for two . All queries were responded to very promptly and we would gladly stay here again.

Nothing to strongly dislike really. We had a small hiccup on the morning of departure when there was no hot water for the shower although we were not sure whether the boiler was malfunctioning or whether we had accidentally turned something off. A better microwave would have been helpful . Bigger mugs for Tea drinkers also would be great .A kettle would be welcome so that you do not have to boil water in a pot.There is brilliant provision for coffee drinkers though with coffee machine and supply of pods. There is a little bit of noise in the morning and evening as the property is in the heart of the old town and is on the ground floor. This did not bother us but we visited at Easter and not at the height of the Summer where I imagine it could be noisier.

location is perfect in the old city, the communication with the host was very good and he helped with special requests and advise immediately.

especially on weekends it is a little noise due to the closeness of the party area and because it is ground floor directly on the street opening the windows comes with a significant loss of privacy.

The apartment is really nice and equipped with everything you need. I appreciated the nespresso coffee machine, the bottle of wine and especially Alexa, which made my mornings better haha. The communication with the owner was very good and both check in and check out were smooth, also he gave me valuable information about everything. Also the location is a plus, so close to city centre and everything you need, I came back easily multiple times per day. Per total it was good for my stay in Palermo.

The only think that bothered me was the noise, the bedroom is next to the main street so even at night I heard people talking and the cars passing by. As I have a light sleep I heard everything even if I closed the windows and the blinds. If you don't mind the noises and you have a deep sleep, then this is a perfect accommodation. :)

Host was very helpfully also helping before and during our stay. Free cold water in the refrigerator and free bottle of wine.
