Stabile Central Studios

Check in was easy and the apartment was very close to the main attractions of the city and the bus stop that got you to the central bus station. The apartment was modern.

A disappointing stay. The apartment was not clean at all. When we first entered the apartment smelt bad like it had not been opened for a long time it smelt musty first thing we did was open all the windows to let fresh air in as the smell was suffocating. The bathroom was not clean enough there was a big tooth paste stain from prior clients on the sink same thing for the kitchen. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the apartment as it felt disgusting otherwise. The dish washing sponge for sure hadn’t been changed for months and we had to buy a new one to clean. There was no drying rack to hang your clothes to dry or your towel after showering we had to use the heater in the bathroom as a makeshift dryer. During our stay we were visited by 5 different species of insects 😂 a grasshopper some green bugs two different species of flies and ants. It felt like a insectarium at that point We asked for a change of towels and they said that they will check their office if they have them then without even letting us know they entered our apartment while we were gone to leave the towels. Its not normal to enter the apartment without letting us know first that felt absolutely horrible and like an invasion to our privacy not only that but the “new” towels that they gave us were used they smelled bad like sweat so we didn’t use them at all. All in all this was a very disappointing stay but we tried our best not to let it ruin our vacation. The first day we checked in was like a slap in our face but with a little work from our side we made the apartment feel liveable. However no one should have to spend time money and energy to clean and prepare an apartment that should have been cleaned priorly as this is the hosts job.

The studio was exactly like the photos! Very cosy vibe and clean. The owners were very kind and helpful☺️The neighbourhood was safe and near the central of the city, restaurants, bars etc.

Lokacija je bila odlična, sve je na 10tak minuta pješice, udoban smještaj, ugodan doček beskućnika ispred zgrade

Nije bilo najbolje očišćeno, moderno opremljen ali neodržavan baš najbolje.

la pulizia sarebbe da migliorare, abbiamo dovuto pulire il bagno completamente, soprattutto la doccia.
