"Good value for money"

The studio was bright, and in general good value for money.

The soap was missing in the bathroom and the heating wasn’t working in the first night.

"Bad"

Very unpleasant communication with the host. Basic things like soap were missing in both kitchen and bathroom yet they call it a “luxury suite” For nothing in this world I would go back to this accommodation. The only good thing was the cocktail bar in front of it!

Very friendly contact with the host! Very well organized! The apartment was very clean. A beautiful bathroom with window and daylight. They left a big bottle of water in the fridge - so nice! Quiet apartment and very well located.

There was no balcony to sit outside - just a super super small France balcony (less than 10 cm space). In the description is writing it has a balcony. This was for me the main reason to choose this apartment. This is the reason why I gave „only“ 9 Points. Nevertheless I can absolutely recommend this apartment. Simona & Mario doing a very good job! Thanks!

"Beautifully furnished clean apartment."

Beautifully furnished clean apartment, with a wonderful bathroom. Equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, small balcony for evening sitting. We really liked the apartments, we definitely recommend them. The apartment is located a short distance from the center (by walking slowly for 10 minutes) a few meters from the city bus stop, so it is great location. There were also restaurants and cafes in the street, a grocery store a few meters from the apartment

"This was the perfect place to visit Palermo"

The location was perfect a 10min walk from teatro Massimo. The appartment was spacious, very clean and nice decorated. I very liked the room. The host was very nice and helpful. The self checkin was very convenient. We loved our stay

Good location, communication with staff 24/7

Entrance by very steep stairs, not convenient with luggage. Not comfortable beds. When we arrived there was a bad smell
