اعجبني في المكان نظافة الاثاث

1- قرب الفندق من المطار واصوات الطيارات مزعج ومخيف للاطفال 2- الموظفون غير ودودين ومكشرين وتسلم عليهم ينظر اليك ولايرد السلام كأنه مستحقرك 3- اضعت كرت الغرفة واللي عادة بكل فندق يعنبر شي عادي الرسبشن يطلع لك كرت اخر ، إلا أنهم ألزموني بدفع 400 ليرة مقابل اضاعة الكرت البلاستيكي وكانوا يصرون على دفعها كاش فأخبرتهم أني ليس معي كاش فاضطروا يأخذونها عن طريق الشبكة 4- عند المغادرة الموظف امتنع عن ايصال الشنط للسيارة وكانت شنطي ثقيلة وكنت لوحدي انقلها وهو ولا مهتم ، بصراحة تجربة سيئة.

الموقع سهل الوصول إليه وتوفر الخدمات من حوله مطاعم البحر البقالات الطريق الرئيسي لطرابزون والذي يؤدي إلى جميع الاماكن

ازعاج الطائرات لقربه من المدرج عدم الاستفادة من البرنده لوجود حركة كثيرة حول الفندق، مستودعات مجاورة محطة غسيل للسيارات مزعجة جداً يقع في مدخل للحي والشاحنات مسببة ازعاج ،قربه من الطريق في طرابزون مسبب ازعاج. لمن يريد الهدوء غير مناسب

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job ensuring everything is spotless and comfortable. And special thanks to Safa for being very nice and helpful
