NEHİR OTEL

The hotel is very clean and well decorated. The hotel TV has Netflix as part of in-room entertainment. The breakfast buffet is good with variety of options (cold and hot dishes). Beds are comfy. The sofa bed is comfortable. There is a small balcony that has an sea view. The receptionist lady speaks good Arabic. There is “shattaf” in the bathroom

Hotel is close to airport so it is a bit noisy as you can hear the plane take off. The hotel is located in a hill, therefore it is hard to find taxis. If you would like to use taxi you would need the hotel to call for one and the rate for the taxi will be higher. There is no utensils in the kitchen not even a plate or a spoon. The WiFi at the hotel was not good. We couldn’t connect our devices to the hotel network most of the time during our stay. The one bedroom apartment (#106) that we stayed in has an issue with electricity. For 2 nights in a row we came to the hotel at the end of the day to find that the key card can’t turn on electricity. We had to call reception and they call the technician to come and fix it. It took in the first night around an hour for the problem to be resolved. And it was very disappointing to come the second night to face the same issue. When we asked the hotel to change our room instead of waiting for the technician to come and fix it, they said it is reserved to another customer. We had to eat and take shower in the dark. Also, the bedroom in our apartment is very small. It is too hard for one person to walk around the bed without hitting the wall.

We like everything. Our room was upgraded by the hotel and we really appreciate this. Room was big, comfortable and clean. Awesome stay!
