The view was stunning! Location is good. Perledo is a nice small town to stay when visiting Como Lake, it’s quiet and with supermarket and restaurant. Monika is nice to give good recommendations. Room is clean and big.

Wifi is weak. The room is facing main road, a bit noisy when car or motorcycle passing by.

The apartment was really big with an amazing view of Lake Como. The host was very accomodating and friendly too! She drove me from Varenna back to Perledo for a fee after a long day in the city.

Perledo is quite far from Varenna. Its not a 15 minute walk rather a 30 to 45 min elevated walk. Its not easy getting to the property especially after a day of walking in Lake Como already.

abrupt owner living on site. owner opens and closes noisy garage doors right under the bedroom early and late running taxi business. wifi terrible. very dated. 9am checkout. owner said 10 steps but actually 23 so difficult for disabled persons. no washer.

The view from the apartment was exceptional , the host was extremely good, she had a taxi and was very accommodating in going up and down to the lake front

The decor and furniture is very old fashioned, but everything was comfortable

Only the lake view was good.

The property is very far from any tourist spots and ferry and we were completely dependent on the taxi. Monica has taxi. Monica is very arrogant. Main problem in this property is complete night vehicle movement is there in the road and the noise of vehicle comes to the room loudly and we cannot sleep. Two nights we didn’t sleep with 8 year kid. Terrible stay. I will not recommend to stay here.
