Great flat in a quiet area but very close to the centre of town. Full of charm!

It's a great place to stay when visiting Perugia. Loads of space. We were 2 adults and a child. All the kitchen facilities you could need and very comfy beds. We loved it and very easy to get in.

Cannot be more in the center than in Loretta's apartment. An historical building in Via del Sole, just on the top of Perugia center hill. Wonderful view, just some steps away from cathedral and museums, full of restaurants nearby. If you like to walk around historical centers, this is the place to choose. The apartment is large for the location, and fully furnished. I loved Loretta communication and her place: if it will be available next time, I'll try to go there again. Thank you!

Be careful on how you get there: the parking is crazy expensive (30€ per night), better to park further away and come with the public services. Please note that the apartment is on the last (4th) floor of a very historical and tall biulding, without elevator - and the apartment itself is up and down by stairs. Cosy and wonderful, but not easy to live if you're not fit. Getting on top is a squat exercise everytime...

Everything.will be staying here again in a few weeks. Fourth booking. That should say it all. Great host, great location, great apartment.

Nothing. No elevator but worth the climb for the view.

Very good directions to property and key retrieval. Central location. Quiet.

Once into the building foyer there were no instructions. We had to try the keys in many doors until we hit the right one. Shower had an intermittent cold water supply problem - so I had to have a boiling shower. Ordered two large double beds on Booking.com. Got one large double and one single.
