Spacious & High in the Skyplaza - 1bd 1bth Apt

Everything was great. All required things were well set up.

No problem at all.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable.

A bit of fiddling with remote check-in but extensive email directions were a help.

It is our 2nd time stay. Great location, lovely view, and spacious and clean room.

We stayed there 6 nights and would be better if more essentials could be provided.

Collection of key can be better. Like one or 2 days before, email instruction on what to do. Check out instructions were great

Was disappointed that the grouting in the shower recess had small patches of dirt or mould that needed cleaning

The unit was bright and cheerful and clean. It has a lovely view over to the hills. The area is quiet and is within walking distance to the shops. It has good undercover parking.

When we arrived in the afternoon, the blinds were up to show us the lovely view but in doing so, it made the unit like an oven as the unit faces west and when we opened the door, the heat hit us. It took a long time for the one air conditioning unit to cool down the unit. Unfortunately, the bedroom doesn’t have an air conditioner or a ceiling fan or any fan so after travelling all day, there wasn’t a cool spot to relax. I suggest leaving the blinds down and put on the air conditioner ready for tenants in summer. This would be a nice welcome. The bedroom definitely needs a fan, at the least.
