Trakia Street Apartment

Greta host, we had to wait for like 5 minutes for them to arrive but that's no issue. A bit tight parking, but it's private so that's a great plus! Lovely apartment and great localisation.

Everything was wonderful.

Very comfortable apartment, conveniently located and easy to find. You can park in the courtyard for free. The rooms are very clean and cozy, the hosts are extremely nice, helpful and always available.The city of Plovdiv is charming, there is never enough time to explore it, so we will definitely return there and stay in this apartment again.

Very spacious and nice appartment with balcony near the city center. Car parking lot secured. Nice and quiet neighboorhood. Very nice and polite owners.

There are many things that need care and maintenance. Surely could be better for the price we paid. Some of the most important: The one kitchen stove is out of order while the other does not operate over 3rd level. The kitchen hood is also out of order and dirty (greasy). Lack of kitchen equipment (ie napkins) and used sponge. The air conditioner is noisy and smelly, seems that the filter has not cleaned. The refrigerator was full of ice so that did not operated properly. There is no coffee machine neither dish washing machine although they are supposed to exist as per facilities description. The water boiler needs cleaning from calc. Kitchen drawers and closet doors could be cleaner. Low water pressure caused by defective shower faucet. Smelly bathroom pipes. Bed matress...not the best. The window net could not close firmly so we had to close the window to avoid mosquitoes during the night which was quite hot. The closet door was defective so it was useless. We informed that it had been damaged by the previous tenants. Spider webbs on the ceiling.

Very good location in the center with free parking inside. Apartment is clean and looks like the pictures.

The sofa in the living room is not so comfortable.

It is big, good atmosphere, felt good to stay inside as well. from here it is easy to reach the center. Would have been good to stay even longer than 2 nights in a less warm period of the year.

The fridge is full of ice, so it did not work enough well. (Hope that it is ok by now, we have mentioned it to the person who does the cleaning.) The only real problem is the air-conditioning. In this weather, you really need it, and it makes a disturbing noise, it needs at least maintenance or needs to be changed. With a good A/C the place would surely deserve a 10, but even now this is a 9.

A wonderful appartement located in the centre. Cosy beautiful detailed design. We loved every part of it. We had absolutely everything needed clean and prepared for our stay. Our host was very responsive and polite. We highly recommend this place and if we are coming back to Plovdiv, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent location, few minutes by foot from the old centre, your very own parking place inside the courtyard and a beautiful and comfortable apartment, a home away from home!
