Trakia Street Apartment

Very good location, just 5 minutes walk from the central park and 10 minutes from the city center. The apartment was spacious and very clean.

The internal Air Condition unit, which is used for heating, is very noisy and you can't have a quiet sleep if you want to have it on during the night. It needs replacement. The main bed doesn't have a regular mattress and if you weigh over 100 kilos, like me, your body touches the wooden planks under the bed.

Good location, value for money, nice and pleasant decoration, private parking.

2 out of 4 guests, were sleeping in sofas. The facilities in the kitchen, could had been a little better (like a bottle of water, kitchen paper, better quality , variety and more coffee). The bathroom had a smell of mold.

The apartment was very spacious.

The air conditioning was very noisy, we even had to turn it off in the night. There was smell from the tubes in the apartment.

The location was excellent. The parking space was available, although with a very narrow entrance.

The lady who welcomed us to the apartment was very rude. She was mean to my wife and kids. My kids were asking why is she talking like this to mum. The sofa, which was the second bed was overused and with dirty fabric. The flooring in the living room was damaged and with a step. The kids and I hit our feed on the damaged molding.

Spacious apartment close to old town and supermarkets. Owner responsive and give useful tips. The apartment was nicely decorated and has a cozy atmosphere

It was very difficult to get to the apartment by car because of only one way streets in the surrounding area. Some instructions from the host would have been helpful. Bathroom missing a glass wall/door/curtain. Freezer missing door so all our food in the fridge were frozen 😅

There was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom. The owner came on the second day and seemed to fix it but we started smelling it again on our final morning. The neighborhood has a sewer line problem, I think. A glass panel wall was missing in the shower. Showering without getting the whole bathroom wet was difficult. The electricity went out on the last morning. The electric gates couldn’t open. The owner got a repair crew quickly and the gate had to be partially dismantled so that our car could leave.
