"Great location, cosy apartment and very welcoming host"

Charming and very cosy apartment, we absolutely loved it. It was very comfortable stay (us and our 9 yo). 5 minutes walk from the Tsar Simeon gardens, the big pedestrian street in the centre, the old city, the Opera, next to a mall, in general the location is top! The host is extremely helpful and responds immediately.Thank you Martin for the great stay!

Great location. Very cute mansard, well equipped. There was everything needed for a family stay with children. We barely could hear any noises, it was really quiet.

It was a bit cold although there is air-conditioning it couldn't help warm up the bedroom. There are tiny stairs you need to go through to reach the apartment and I was with a baby under 1 so it was a bit hard. With grown up kids it wouldn't be a problem.

Nice, cozy apartment, which needs some refurbishment.

In the summer there are many mosquitoes and the nets were not in place or were torn.
