Das großzügig geschnittene Appartement bot alles, was man braucht. Die Ladenbesitzer im Erdgeschoss waren entspannt und gaben noch Tipps zum Unterstellen der Fahrräder. Es war sehr ruhig und entspannt.

Das sehr kleine Bad, vor allem die Duschkabine, müsste dringend etwas modernisiert werden, um dem Niveau des übrigen Appartements zu entsprechen. Für größere Personen ist das Duschen eine Herausforderung, für sehr korpulente Menschen kaum zu handeln. Mobilitätsbeeinträchtigte kämen eh kaum in die 1. Etage.
