Die Lage war top.

Der erste Eindruck der Wohnung war super. Leider waren die Matratzen zum schlafen sehr alt und durchgelegen.Das Sofa in der Wohnstube ist echt in die Jahre gekommen.Der Flur zur Wohnung und das Gelände an der Treppe ist defekt und echt dreckig. Leider war das Bad auch nicht ansprechend. Vieles defekt und vieles z.B Badmatte hatte nicht zum verweilen eingeladen. Schade eigentlich.Vielleicht sollte man einfach einiges erneuern was so in die Jahre gekommen ist. Uns hat Potsdam sehr gefallen und sollte sich was ändern würden wir gerne wiederkommen.

Lage war super. Kurze Wege in die Innenstadt.

Man sollte nicht jede beliebige Wohnungsausstattung als Design bezeichnen. Bad und Küche deutlich zu klein und das Bad sollte einmal grundrenoviert und repariert werden.

Eine sehr schöne Und saubere Wohnung.😊

🙄 Da wir mit drei Personen unterwegs waren, mußte eine Person auf dem Schlafsofa übernachten. Dieses sollte allerdings bald ersetzt werden.
