"Wer im Holländischen Viertel wohnen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben."

Großer Wohn- /Schlaf und Essbereich, Fernsehen möglich mit eigenem Prime oder netflix account, Für Selbstversorger: Küche mit Besteck, Gläsern. Geschirr,... ausgestattet. Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch werden vorgehalten Neben Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher ist ein Herd vorhanden. Für die Kapselmaschine waren Kapseln bereitgelegt.

Was man wissen sollte - Appartement 13 Das Badezimmer ist winzig - Sanierung wohl in den ca 90er Jahren jedoch gepflegt. Die Toilette hätte einen passenden WC-Deckel verdient (der installierte ist zu klein). Die Dusche hat durch die Schiebetür eine Einstiegsbreite von nur ca 40 cm..., die Einstiegshöhe ist mit ca 30 cm auch nicht wirklich zeitgemäß.

Flapsige Art am Telefon zu kommunizieren. Festnetznummer nicht korrekt - laut Ansage nicht vergeben. Wenig bis gar nicht Service orientiert. Kueche sehr klein, Bad ebenfalls.

Die Lage im holl. Viertel, nahe des Nauner Tores ist wundervoll. Vieles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten kann man den öffentlichen Verkehr nutzen. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Dielenfußboden, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine große Küche.

Der Treppenaufgang ist mit einem extrem schmutzigen Teppich belegt. In der Wohnung ist es teilweise nicht sauber, im Bad ist der Vorleger seit langer Zeit nicht gereinigt worden, ebenso der Vorleger im Schlafraum. Um ins Bett zu kommen, bedarf es einer sportlichen Leistung... Die Standardfernsehprogramme konnten wir nicht einstellen, der Bitte um Hilfe wurde zwar zugesagt, aber leider nicht erfüllt.
