Nice, clean place with a good location. The host was very friendly and helpful. And there is a nice beach 5 min away !

Really awesome location, really comfortable room, easy to find and close to the beach and restaurants in town.

Bathroom was a little on the small side, felt a bit cramped when showering/using the toilet. But it's not a big deal, the bathroom was clean, tidy and everything worked as it should have.

Konstantinos is a great host, he gave us a lot of usefull information and places to see and eat at. We had the room which is down were a garage used to be, it is very spacious, nice and clean. Location is very nice and very close Kiani Akti which is the local beach in Preveza. Price wise is very good Nice amenities like shower gel, shampoo, hairdrayer and utensils for cooking and eating. Because it is a garage it is colder in the summer which is a bonus, there is also AC if you need it

Because the garage is underneath the property and the room is not sound insulated you can hear the neighbours clearly, and since the above neighbours are local people, they have sometimes party in the weekends or on holidays and if you are a light sleeper like myself you can’t really sleep. Anyway they are nice enough to end the party before 1 am. Again since it is a garage you don’t have any view and you don’t have a place to sit outside, I mean there is one but you can’t really set there because it is very small and the drain is there and it is not enjoyable to actually sit there so consider not having it.

The house was at very good Location and really clean . We get all the things at home which we needed for our stay . The owner was really nice guy he was very friendly and helpful. He suggested us many places which was really helpful. It was 1 minute from a very beautiful beach .

There was nothing bad about the studio apartment.

The property is in the basement of the villa above with its own private entrance. About two miles from Preveza centre but close to the beaches. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable, kitchen basic and the bathroom small. We used it purely as a base to work on our boat based in Cleopatra marina and for the cost it was great.. Konstantinos the owner is very friendly, approachable and helpful. We hired a car which was a bonus.

For the cost It's difficult to find fault but the bathroom was small.

The politeness of Constantinos and also the included "cat therapy" (Constantinos will know what I mean!).
