Palmeira Studio

The studio was very clean and ideally in the basement made so it’s not too hot and no need for the air condition to be activated during warm days. There is absolutely everything we need like a home away from home: we liked the iron machine, the iron table, stuff to clean and vacuum It’s quite big so even for 4 people it’s perfect or 2 adults with 2 kids is also ok. Literally the beach is just 150m by foot and those are clean beaches. You can do everything without any car to reach the city center. The host was also fantastic, very nice and heart welcoming

The WiFi wasn’t that good during our days, but sometimes it worked well at some hours. We guess it’s because too many people were using the network, as late at night and early in the morning it has no issues.

Foremost that the host was so service minded and professional. He was really interested in that I should have a good vacation and gave restaurang info etc. that was valuable. The Studio is perfect for one or two. Very close to the beach with nice bar(s). The have good food and service. The nearest beach is not the most beautiful but the water is fine and there is a shower.

That the surroundings of the beach is somewhat littered. Should be cleaned up.

Konstantinos collected me from the airport and took me to the accommodation. I really appreciated the information he gave me about places to eat and visit which he thoughtfully programmed into Google maps on my phone. He answered any questions I had and was kind enough to give me the number of a local taxi so that I could make trips to historic sites in Prevaza. He added an extra two stars to my visit! The studio has a separate bathroom with a dining space, couch, comfy chair, tv, kitchen area with a small combined hob and oven. It was clean and had all the kitchen equipment I needed to cook a basic meal with the extra bonus of oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, sugar, tea and coffee. If you want to watch tv, I believe there is Netflix available and you can add subscription accounts like Amazon. The studio is only 4 minutes from the beach and far enough away from the centre to be quiet but near enough to walk there. There are lots of places to eat and relax including beach bars and cafes. Preveza feels very community minded. I loved the older people playing petanque by the beach. I could just relax in Preveza or to make the most of the beautiful scenery in nearby Lefkada and Parga you can hire a taxi or car rental.

The studio is on the lower ground floor which can be a bit dark. The kitchen area does not have a full oven/cooker but the small combined hob is sufficient to make a meal. The bathroom is small.

We liked the location. It's a quiet place, very close to the beach, ideal for those who look for a peaceful holiday. Konstantinos, the owner, is warm- hearted, helpful and ingenious. He also waited for us at the airport and took us back for our flight home.

All! The host was amazing, kind and helpful!! He recommended me many places to see and where to eat! Amazing!!
