Die Umgebung ist sehr schön Harfenrundfahrt mit dem Schiff ⛵ und der Bahn war auch sehr schön

"Anregung zur Neugestaltung"

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Gegend. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Supermarkt waren sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Einige Ausstattungsmerkmale sollten mal erneuert werden - Schlafcouch weist undefinierbare Flecken auf und ist durch gesessen - Küchenschränke in die Jahre gekommen - Die Matratzen im Bett sollten unbedingt erneuert werden - das Lichtkonzept sollte mal umgerüstet werden ( Bad sehr dunkel)

"Über Silvester mitten drin"

Die Lage der Wohnung ist im Zentrum von Warnemünde sehr gut, man ist überall zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit. Es war gut geheizt und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Das Bett ist so breit, dass man nur vom Fußende hinein kommt. Matratzenschoner und Kopfkissen waren nicht so sauber. Die Zimmer waren recht staubig. Kein Toilettenpapier, keine Küchenrolle und auch kein Spültuch, also erst einkaufen, schade, sonst war es ganz schön.

Die Lage ist super

Extrem Unsauber, viel Schimmel und heruntergekommene Möbel. Es ähnelt eher einer Notunterkunft und selbst dafür wäre es schlecht. Schon beim Öffnen der Tür kam einem ein ekelhafter Geruch entgegen. Wenn man dann die Fenster öffnen will, ist das kaum möglich. Die Fenster wurden auch das letzte Mal vor Jahren geputzt- ich denke dass die Bilder alles sagen

"Die Wohnung selber schön von der größe."

Klobürste eckelig. Sofa durchgesessen. Madratze durch. Die blauen Kissen die auf dem Kobstuhl lagen dreckig . Madratzenschoner fleckig . Sofa roch unangenehm und Gardinen auch. Heizung ging morgens um acht an und Abends war sie kalt. Aufhänger fürs Handtuch Bad verrostet.

Sehr Zentral gelegen ! Einkaufen ,Strand .Bus und Bahn ,Geschäfte !

Die Madratzen müssten mal gewechselt werden ! Und es muss drauf geachtet werden das der Ofen funktioniert. Beim Betten beziehen ist mir aufgefallen das es nicht frisch gewaschen ist .Das geht gar nicht und die Kissen ebenfalls !
