Newly rennovated 1-bedroom serviced apartment, walking distance to Hospital or Train Station

The flat was clean & reasonably well equipped. Location was ok but Newport isn't a great town especially in the evening. I was visiting for a conference so it was close to the venue.

There was a bed & sofa bed & no bed linen left for the sofa bed. Zero help from the owners. Second day I had to go & buy my own set of bed linen as nothing forth coming from owners. Also rubbish bin immediately outside front door & rats would visit every day. Couldn't leave front door open for ventilation because of the rats. No windows apart from bedroom so flat had a musty smell. I have never complained before about accomodation & I travel a lot but this was unacceptable & made worse because of no help from staff. We left a day early.

Everything from the layout to the bed it was perfect and well worth the money

It was nice and clean. Prepared everything I needed.

It was difficult for me to open the door at the first time. There was 2 keyboxs and it was dial to open. This key lock system was not familiar with me. I tried to open for almost 30 minutes or so I tried to call but no one answered the phone.

We liked the central location. The apartment was ideal for a long stay (or a short stay) The apartment had everything for our stay visiting friends ans relatives, we are ex Newport residents.

Booking.com were a little lax in their admin, but the host solved the problem

Location was excellent, there was easy parking for one car and the place was very clean and tidy.

Shower supplies would have been nice, shower gel, shampoo and handwash etc. Trying to communicate before arrival was hard, often messages would go unanswered. A simple acknowledgement would have gone a long way to make us feel confident. The rigorous checks and ID docs etc was hard to navigate.

The apartment was in an excellent location,just 5 mins walk from the main run of the city centre.But far enough away to be very quiet at night if you are staying in.The gated security gives you extra piece of mind and will be an added bonus for anyone bringing their own transport.There is a Tesco express only 5 to10 mins away,so no worries about getting your supplies in for your stay. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you could need for an extended stay.Well equipped kitchen,clean Bathroom with hot water always available,great evening area with quality smart TV and the cosey Bedroom had a very comfortable bed. I can highly recommend this for anyone thinking of a short weekend or longer stay in Newport,as long as it is not on the days I want to book.I will be booking again.One more thing to add,the communications from the owners are excellent and very reassuring.

Absolutely perfect! Apartment was clean and comforting upon arrival, Elliot was a brilliant host answering any inquires I had ensuring my stay was great! Will definitely comeback again & highly recommend anyone to book :)

The location was perfect and very reachable to amenities. Very safe environment

I don’t like me stripping off sheets off and taking my bin on my check out 😙
