Central, stylish 3 bed apartment with sea views

Great central location to Newquay town and we could walk with wetsuits and boards to surf every morning.

The bathroom got very wet when showering and properly felt a bit damp

Location was perfect. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything that I needed for my 2 night stay.

Lounge area felt slightly cool in the evening, however im aware its been cooler than a standard September. Also had the high winds whilst I was staying which won't have helped.

Location was amazing, beds were comfortable, the 2 bathrooms were great to have when there's a small group of you, shower was lovely and very good price for such a great location. We were also greeted with some nice treats on arrival which was a lovely touch.

Blinds didn't work in back bedroom, property was a little damp when we arrived and dining room table was broken so not safe to use. However would not stop us returning to stay here.

The code for the key box was different from what was listed on the book site; however, once we contacted the owner, she provided us with the correct code.

obviously the key code not being correct but this got resolved swiftly.

The location is very close to the beach and ideal for popping back to throughout the day.

Unfortunately, the condition and functionality of various parts of the accommodation did not meet expectations and significantly impacted the comfort of our stay, as summarised below: Living Room: The blind cables were positioned far too high, making them inaccessible. The table provided was too small to accommodate the number of guests the apartment claims to host. The sofas were uncomfortable and impractical for relaxation or extended use. Bedrooms: Some rooms had blinds that were either insufficient or missing entirely. There was a noticeable damp smell in certain areas. There was a clear lack of clothing storage, making it difficult to unpack properly. We also found stains on one of the duvets, which was unhygienic and disappointing. Kitchen: The cupboard doors were misaligned and poorly fitted. Several cupboard handles were missing, making daily use inconvenient. The washing machine was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned between guests. Children’s Room: There were no blackout blinds, which made it difficult for the children to sleep. A child’s high chair was not provided, even though the property was advertised as family-friendly. Bathrooms: There was visible mould in multiple places, which raises serious health concerns. Paint was peeling from the walls, suggesting a lack of upkeep. The absence of water strips around the shower screen meant the bathroom flooded after every use. The vanity unit was in poor condition and beginning to fall apart.

Beautiful location .clean well maintained apartment well stocked to make your stay comfortable.

Bedding was not clean. There were marks on all the duvet covers and pillows. Mattress protectors need good washing.

Well-appointed apartment. Has everything you need. Comfortable beds. There is plenty of space even for 4 adults and 3 lively kids.

A great apartment in a great location, everything we needed
