Apartments are located in the very center of Palermo. Very convenient for people without car and with small luggage. It is ideal that there are two separate bedrooms. and the rooms are not interconnecting. very comfortable beds. both bedrooms have air conditioning. One bedroom has its own bathroom. The second wc with shower is on the second floor near the kitchen. Stunning view from a terrace. There are a lot of vibe interior things in apartment, you can feel Italy from the first step in. Gianni is very friendly, met us, helped with luggage and showed everything , also gave us an advice where to eat and what to see.

The stairs in the entrance are quite steep. And if you have a huge luggage, be ready to do some efforts. Also, The showers need a little repair already. One of the showers was leaking water onto the floor and the other had a broken door.

Appartement spacieux et sympatiquement décoré. Tres bon accueil. Le responsable nous a porté les valises car l escalier est étroit et tres raide ( 3 ème etage). L appartement est sur deux niveaux avec des chambres spacieuses en bas et cuisine et jolie terrasse tres agréables en haut ! Localisation idéale pratiquement sur la via Roma angle Vitorio emmanuel.le bus pour l aeroport est a 400 m via Roma devant le gd magasin Rinacente.

Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Appartement heeft twee verdiepingen: beneden zijn de entree, slaapkamer en badkamer; daar is weinig daglicht. Maar boven is een heel gezellige, lichte keuken en een mooi terras. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig en het was heel schoon. Het appartement ligt heel centraal: het treinstation en bijna alle bezienswaardigheden van Palermo zijn op loopafstand.

Je moet een steile trap op om bij het appartement te komen maar als beloning daarvoor krijg je dan dat mooie dakterras.

Avrei gradito shampoo e bagno doccia a disposizione, comunque niente di grave

Eine perfekte Lage mitten in der Stadt. Außergewöhnlich leise, man kann gut schlafen. Trotzdem nur wenige Schritte zu den Bars und Restaurants. Das Haus ist sehr alt und wurde mit Liebe renoviert. Die Terrasse ist wirklich schön. Das Haus ist größer als beschrieben, es gibt auch noch einen Abstellraum. Das Himmelbett Zimmer ist sehr groß, aber das Bad nur oben, und über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen. Es gibt warme Decken. Der Besitzer Gianni ist sehr nett und sofort auf WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir wurden auch gefragt, ob wir Hilfe mit den Koffern bei der Abreise brauchen. Abholung von Giovanni war pünktlich, ich empfehle, ein Foto oder eine Beschreibung zu schicken, damit er weiß, auf wen er wartet.

Leider gibt es Probleme mit der Kanalisation, es riecht sehr stark, man kann nur mit offenen Fenstern gute Luft genießen. Beide Stockwerke sind betroffen. Man muss bedenken, daß die Unterkunft wirklich nur für mobile Gäste geeignet ist, da die Stiege in die Unterkunft sehr steil und eng ist

Ci siamo trovate bene, tuttavia ci sarebbe qualcosa da rinnovare. Comode le stanze molto grandi, molto simpatici i gestori.

La scaletta che porta in cucina nel piano superiore ripida.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, pokoje obszerne, schludne , ale w jednym było zimno, brak możliwości ustawienie temperatury na grzanie. Gospodarz co prawda zakupił piecyk elektryczny , ale niestety po jego włączeniu , co chwila wyskakiwały korki, więc zrezygnowaliśmy z grzania wieczorami, gdzie w mieszkaniu było zimno.

Minusem dla Nas ( było 3 osoby) było umieszczenie drugiej łazience na górze, gdzie niestety wchodzenie za potrzebą w nocy było utrudnieniem ,, zwłaszcza że pierwsza łazienka jest umieszczona tuż za pierwszą sypialnią. Klatka schodowa jest bardzo wąska, ciemna i ciężko wnosi się i znosi bagaże.

We had a truly wonderful time in Palermo. The apartment is centrally located, close to all the attractions. The terrace, where we ate breakfast in the morning and sipped a glass of wine in the evening, is a huge plus. Host Gianni was very nice, friendly and helpful. I can recommend this apartment. We would love to stay in this apartment again on our next visit to Palermo.
